FACT: Eating too much food will make you fat. It’s OKAY to eat, as long as you eat in moderation. Eating a cookie for dessert is NOT going to make you gain 10 pounds. As long as you control your portions, and balance that cookie out with healthier foods for dinner, and some exercise, you’re fine….
